Roaming children on the streets
When (single) parents have to work to get food, many children are on their own. These parents have no choice; this is the only way to generate income. The children have to fend for themselves during the day. Some parents lock up their small children or put them on the street. This way they are left to themselves…. We cannot let this happen. Pan de Vida, out of love for Jesus, therefore helps these families out of trouble. The children are lovingly cared for in the nursery.

Pan de Vida helps these parents by taking care of their small children during the day. Between 10 and 20 children are cared for at the nursery. They are brought early in the morning and picked up around four in the afternoon. The children receive a hot meal and the loving care they need and would otherwise not receive during the day.
Some young (single) mothers bring their child or children to the nursery so that they can go to school themselves to work towards a better future. Without Pan de Vida’s nursery, they would not have this opportunity. If possible, parents pay a small contribution. Would you also like to help these families?
