Personal data we process

Stichting Pan de Vida processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Address details
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Bank account number

With what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

The Pan de Vida Foundation processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To handle your payment/collection.
• Sending you our newsletter and/or information.
• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services.
• The Pan de Vida Foundation also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our retention obligation and or ANBI requirements.

Automated decision-making

The Pan de Vida Foundation does not make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals on the basis of automated processing. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being (e.g. an employee of Stichting Pan de Vida) being involved. Stichting Pan de Vida uses the following computer programmes or systems:

• Exact online: online accounting package for the registration of donors, bank transactions and payments.
• Mailchimp: for the digital registration and processing of the newsletter.

How long we keep personal data

Foundation Pan de Vida does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

• Name and address, including city and country, of the payee.

Reason: processing direct debit order.

Period of retention: 7 years, due to the retention obligation of the tax authorities.

• The IBAN (account number) of the payee.

Reason: processing of direct debit order.Keeping period: 7 years, due to tax authorities’ retention obligation.

• Place and date of signature.

Reason: processing of the direct debit order.Maintenance: 7 years, due to retention obligations of the tax authorities.

• Signature of the payee.

Reason: processing direct debit order.
Storage period: 7 years, due to tax authorities’ retention obligations.

• E-mail address (optional)

Reason: processing direct debit order.
Storage period: 7 years, due to tax authorities’ retention obligations.

• Telephone number (optional)

Reason: processing of direct debit orders.
Deposit period: 7 years, due to the duty of retention by the tax authorities.

The Pan de Vida Foundation does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Stichting Pan de Vida remains responsible for this processing.

Pan de Vida uses functional cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. View, correct or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by the Pan de Vida Foundation and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@pandevida.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, erase your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. The Pan de Vida Foundation takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
