The board in the Netherlands consists of three board members. None of the board members receive compensation. In addition, Pan de Vida works with many volunteers.
Carlos & Mariela
Carlos (1983) and Mariela (1981) van de Kamp – Condor have lived in Arequipa, Peru’s second city, since 2004. They have four daughters: Esther, Hannah, Karin and Emma.
Carlos is responsible for the projects in Peru. In addition, Carlos is chairman of the Peruvian board. Because of this, he regularly visits the projects. Together they take care of the (orphaned) children in the children’s home.

The board in Peru consists of six board members, five from Peru and one from the Netherlands. Most board members are responsible for one or more projects in Peru. One of the board members, Aukje van de Kamp, is the liaison with the board in the Netherlands.
